Immunization Records
  • Please check your senior's shot record for meningitis and Tdap as well as Hepatitis A (1 and 2). Students need these immunizations for college or any other school beyond high school. If your child needs these shots, you can go to the Yuma County Department of Public Health or your own doctor or clinic of choice. Please do not wait until the end of the school year for these shots.
    • It is important for all students in all grades to bring in updates.
    • Please keep a copy at home for your records.
